Roger is an ICAM trainer and investigator with diplomas in Safety Engineering Technology, Risk Management and Management Studies and has over 30 years of progressive experience globally. From Canada to Australia and Iceland to India, for large industry leaders in mining, oil & gas, and construction project management.

His professional focus has always surrounded occupational health and safety, enabling him with the ability to evolve with the times. Roger holds a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP), Certified Engineering Technologies (CET) and Canadian Risk Manager (CRM) designation and has a fellowship in risk management.

Roger is motivated by the ICAM process as it drives continuous improvement and leads to the prevention of reoccurring incidents.
