This course provides an overview of the PEEPO development process, with a key focus on witness interviewing techniques.

Through the course, individuals will gain the expertise to meticulously plan and strategise for the collection of necessary data, enabling them to make well-informed decisions based on reliable and relevant information. Moreover, participants will learn to discern between contributing factors and non-contributing factors, equipping them with the ability to identify key elements crucial to the data analysis process.
