Safety Wise’s online ICAM Team Investigator course is the fastest way to get trained in the ICAM incident investigation methodology.
This 90-minute course features engaging video, realistic 3D animation, and interactive challenges and recreates an actual ICAM investigation, engaging participants in canvassing the scene, interviewing witnesses, and analysing the evidence.

On completion, participants will have the knowledge to assist trained facilitators in investigating incidents and will receive a Statement of Completion.
The online training module covers:
1 - Briefed on the Event
This training will prepare you to be part of an investigation for low-level incidents that occur in the workplace.
2 - Gather & Organise Data
The Gather & Organise Data section of the training will take you through how to interview witnesses and ensure you have gathered the data you identified in your PEEPO.
3 - Analyse & Report
The Analyse & Report section of the training will show you how to analyse the data you've collected and create a report.
