She has worked extensively across high-risk industries, including global mining, oil and gas, manufacturing, construction, and local government throughout Australia, delivering expert solutions tailored to diverse operational needs.
An accomplished investigator, Jes is highly experienced in leading incident investigations using the ICAM methodology. Her work has been instrumental in strengthening organisational investigation capabilities and risk management outcomes. Jes's expertise extends to facilitating critical risk assessments and bowties, developing and auditing safety management systems, and promoting both physical and psychological well-being in the workplace.
