Kelly brings over 30 years of experience in the Health, Safety, and Medical sectors, with a focus on Occupational Health and Wellness in the workplace. With a background in Nursing, Health and Safety Consultancy, and Training, Kelly has worked across Australia, Asia, the UK, and Europe. Her diverse industry expertise spans mining, oil and gas, manufacturing, construction, transport, and the public sector, where she has provided Health and Safety advice and training, risk assessment and management, and developed Safety Management systems and solutions.

An experienced investigator, Kelly has spent the last 20 years leading and training teams in the ICAM investigative method across a wide range of industries and locations. Her work aims to identify causal factors and prevent incidents, ensuring workplace safety and well-being. Kelly is a qualified Nurse, Health and Safety Advisor, Health Promoter, Health Counsellor, Lead ISO Auditor, Trainer, and Educator.
